Glowing, shiny, and delightful are words we often hear when customers see the nest bowl for the first time.
A bird's nest is a beautiful symbol that represents a warm and safe home. It is a sign that you have built a place comfort and relaxation. This is how we want you to feel when you hold our Nest Bowls.
Much like when song birds are weaving their own nests, thick strands of molten glass are woven together around a blown glass bubble, creating reflective cords that intersect each other. After adorning the bubble with enough layers for the bowl to take shape, the top is trimmed to reveal the nest in a free formed pattern.
Each bowl sits slightly at an angle, encouraging the user to fill with treats, nuts, sweets, or treasured items. Just like our song birds do!
