Experience the Magic of Glass Blowing at the 13th Annual Blossom & Bloom: A Spring Glass Blowing Festival

Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of glass art at the Glass Academy's 13th Annual Blossom & Bloom: A Spring Glass Blowing Festival. Taking place on March 9th & 10th, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our Dearborn studio, this event promises a captivating showcase of glass blowing artistry, echoing the excitement surrounding the debut of "Blown Away," the Netflix original show about glass blowing.

Chris Nordin, co-founder of the Glass Academy, invites families to "stay for hours to enjoy the glass blowing demonstrations and learn something new." The festival will feature a stunning collection of handcrafted glass art, including this year's signature solid glass eggs, speckled with glistening aventurine gold, and the highly sought-after whimsical sheep, available in a variety of styles for a limited time.

What to Expect:

  • Live Glass Blowing Demonstrations: Witness the mesmerizing process of glass blowing with a playful and educational commentary.
  • Exclusive Spring Glass Collection: Explore unique designs and original creations, including our Nest Bowls made from recycled and seasonal colors, colorful garden decor and glass mushrooms with a whimsical flair.
