18th Annual Glass Pumpkin Fest at Dearborn's Glass Academy

Showcasing Family-Friendly Live Glass Blowing Demonstrations, Handmade Glass Pumpkins, and Seasonal Décor at this 18th Annual Event.

On October 10th, 11th, 17th, & 18th in the Dearborn Studio from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, the Glass Academy proudly presents the 18th Annual Glass Pumpkin Fest Show & Sale. A blend of handcrafted, unique, and original glass pumpkins will be available for purchase, alongside family-friendly LIVE glass blowing demonstrations taking place in the studio’s 14,000 square foot hot shop.

The Glass Pumpkin Fest Show & Sale draws people from around the state and Canada to purchase custom glass pumpkins, pumpkin table top lanterns, and many other handcrafted glass pumpkins in one-of-a-kind styles and shapes that cannot be found in stores. This is truly a highlight of the fall season! Parking and admission is free. Pumpkin prices start at $42, with various sizes and styles to choose from.

A Pumpkin for Every Taste

Last year’s 2025 Signature pumpkin is called Sugar Plum and is a gourd-geous, sparkly, purple sugar pumpkin that we know is going to be a fan-favorite! Check out how we make the "lantern" style of our 2025 Signature Pumpkin below!

Community Impact:
A portion of the proceeds from this year's Signature Pumpkin sales will go to a foundation that we have chosen with great care. This fall, we are excited to support Dress for Success Michigan! Dress for Success is an international organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence. The Michigan chapter has assisted women with interview preparation, job retention, entrepreneurship, and access to professional attire for 26 years.
