As a small boutique glass hot shop and art gallery, we take pride in offering one-of-a-kind items that showcase the creativity and skill of our artisans. While the items displayed online accurately represent the essence of what you'll receive, it's important to note that handmade creations may have slight variations in details such as size, shape, and shades of color. We strive to ensure that our online photos faithfully capture the essence of each piece, but some differences are inherent in the nature of our craft. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to keep this in mind when placing an order with us. Our commitment is to provide you with exceptional and distinctive pieces, each carrying the unique touch of our talented artists.
Returns
Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and you have not contacted us prior, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases, but if applicable, your purchase may be eligible for a return (minus 20% restocking fee) in the form of a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items returned that are received as ordered and in good condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift certificate will be issued for the amount due.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, as well as any applicable restocking fees.
