Fantastic full time position helping a charismatic, forward thinking entrepreneur,  transfer their ideas and thoughts into action by creating repeat sales, fan based customers, and clever promotions to increase sales in this thriving business.


If You Are……

  • Eager to help a wonderful company to grow into their full potential……(you love it when you can help a business with your unique talents and abilities),
  • An excellent communication- written, on the phone, online, and in person (you have the ability to translate the owner's vision into words and actions that resonate with both customers and employees),
  • Able to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and messages (you know what needs to be on the top of the list and what can get passed on),
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented (you're someone who organizes your junk drawer….),
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Suite, Shopify, Etsy, Paypal, zoom and other web-based applications (you find these great tools to use in small business)
  • Customer focused: committed to giving an amazing experience to EVERY customer (you aim to please and make it happen with a win-win attitude),
  • Passionate, positive, enthusiastic, and team oriented (you’re a glass half-full kind of person with a can-do attitude),
  •  Self-confident and self-assured (you’re kind and respectful, but won’t take any BS from staff or customers),
  • Retail store experience is essential- you must know how to navigate in a retail setting (you love the retail experience and fulfilling customers needs with great products, services and over the top retail knowledge that wow’s the customer experience).
